Sometimes the diagnostic finds a failing drive, a dead battery, or a repair that costs more than the computer is worth. We tell you that plainly, you pay nothing, and we will happily point you at what to buy instead.

Software work does not fit one flat rate the way cleaning does — a tune-up is not the same job as a full reinstall with a data transfer. So here is the honest range for each type of work. Your exact price is confirmed after the free diagnostic, before anything starts.

Do I pay for the diagnostic?
No. We check the machine, tell you what is wrong, and give you a price. Decide not to go ahead and you owe nothing.
Why is there no starting price?
Because it would be a fake number. The jobs genuinely differ. The ranges above are real, and your exact price is fixed before work begins.
What if you cannot fix it?
You are not charged. If it turns out to be failing hardware or a repair not worth the money, we say so and explain your options.
Will I lose my files?
We back up before any reinstall or major change, and confirm the backup with you first. Transferring data to a new machine is a service on its own.
Do you come to me?
Yes — on-site across Largo and surrounding Pinellas County, for homes and small offices.
